  • Your willingness to participate as a Future Home Owner with Habitat.

You will be helping to build houses, working in Habitat's ReStore, which is our resale store in Landrum, and attending Financial Management and Home Maintenance classes (since you will be responsible for all your own home maintenance and repairs). A Habitat Family Support person will guide you through this process.

      • Future homeowners are required to save towards closing cost while participating in Home Ownership Program..

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
